DROP-IN CHILDCARE IN THE ADVENTURE CENTER FREE WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP!
The Adventure Center is an indoor playground where kids can have fun sliding, climbing and going through tunnels. There are games, toys, drawing and lots of fun activities! Drop-In Childcare is quality childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years for parents while they work-out (two hours maximum per visit).
HOURS:
Monday thru Saturday, 8:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Monday thru Thursday, 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

A non-refundable Registration Fee of $40 per child is required and a deposit of first week's attendance.

TODDLER CENTER
Our quality program for one and two year old children is the best South Wood County has to offer! Our newly refurbished classroom will welcome your little tyke and encourage them to spend the day with us. Caring, well-trained, experienced staff will keep your little one safe and be sure to have fun through play throughout the day! Space is limited to ten children, so sign up today!

The South Wood County YMCA will be offering childcare during no school days at our Kids’ Clubhouse Washington School location and the YMCA main facility

YMCA SNOW Days
It's 6:00am and the radio just announced that school's canceled. The kids are leaping for joy, but your mind is racing... "What am I going to do with the children?" The YMCA school age snow days program is the answer that will please the entire family. Held at the YMCA pre-registration is required.
DAYS OF NO SCHOOL
The Wisconsin Rapids Public Schools, Port Edwards Schools and Nekoosa Schools currently have quite a few days of no school in its 2006-2007 schedule. We offer the best solution to your childcare needs on these days. Our state-licensed program will ensure your child is safe with our quality trained staff! Simply bring a sack lunch and swim-suit/towel and we will have a day filled with sports, crafts, games, swimming, and much more!
