Part-time Seasonal Maintenance

Under the supervision of the Assistant Facilities Director and Maintenance Director, the seasonal maintenance position is responsible for assisting in daily maintenance at all YMCA facilities. Must have the ability to maintain YMCA properties and assist in delegated facility projects. Must posess a working knowledge in the use of small power tools, ability to use equipment and operate a riding lawn mower are also needed. Painting experience required and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The principal activities will include maintaining the grounds at all locations, including grass and shrubs and assisting in daily pool maintenance duties. Other responsibilities as designated by the Facilities Supervisors, such as cleaning, organizing maintenance operations areas and other duties as assigned.
