BELLYDANCE: Looking for a fun and exciting reason to improve your posture, core strength and balance? Perhaps, you're looking for a new dance requiring no previous experience. Join us as we increase our strength, flexibility and grace through this ancient dance form. We will explore many components of bellydance like Turkish and Moroccan styles, influences of tribal fusion, flamenco and Ats-American tribal style.

IRON YOGA: Now you can achieve both the rapid spot toning of strength training and the lean flexibility of yoga. Iron yoga gives you double the body-sculpting benefits! We'll start class with an abs, butt and thigh toning cardio combination and followup with yoga using weights and resistance bands. This class is great for the beginner to advanced exerciser with no previous yoga experience necessary. Let our instructor help you make this class as challenging or as relaxing as you'd like.
