  Begin To Be Fit
FREE TO OUR MEMBERS!
 

Do you know what a basic workout should include? Does your first impression of the Wellness Center overwhelm you? These are the questions that this program answers. It will introduce you to cardiovascular basics, proper stretching techniques and the beginner answers to using strength training equipment at your own pace in your own space.

Personal Attention:
*Meet with a coach to go over all the basics for an apporoximately one hour, one-on-one meeting
*Learn the importance of both cardiovascular, as well as the strength portion of your workout, and let the coach help direct you to the appropriate fitness class options for you
*Let the fitness coach help set personal workout parameters such as your target heart rate and target weight ranges

Personal Space:
You'll begin working out in our Personal Fitness Program(PFP/Healthy Beginnings) Room so that you have a comfortable environment to become familiar with the equipment. After you gain more confidence, you can slowly transition to the Wellness Center or fitness classes.
