  Personal Training - MEMBERS ONLY
 

A results driven one-on-one training program.

Through one-on-one sessions, our ACE Certified trainer will assess your fitness level and abilities and develop a plan focused on achieving challenging but realistic goals. The result: an exercise program specific to your needs, health status, limitations and personal goals.

*Receive proper exercise techniques and progression instruction and avoid common mistakes and exercise-related injuries.
*Learn innovative training techniques to enhance health, fitness and prevent exercise monotony.
*Receive positive encouragement, motivation and accountability.
*Obtain the latest health and fitness information.

Your personal training plan may include:
-Resistance Training and Cardiovascular Conditioning
-Flexibility Training
-Sport-Specific Training and Conditioning
-Balance, Coordination and Stability Training

Getting started is easy:
1. Stop by our Member Services desk to obtain a Personal Training Questionairre when you purchase your package.
2. Complete the questionairre and return it to the Member Services desk.
3. Our ACE Certified trainer will call to set up an initial consultation.

Fees:
Individual 45 minute sessions:
3 sessions: $60 ~ 5 sessions: $90 ~ 10 sessions: $150 ~ 15 sessions: $175

Do you and a friend have the same workout goals? Sign up together and save!
Partner 60 minute sessions: 3 sessions: $105 ~ 5 sessions: $160 ~ 10 sessions: $260

Package sessions must be used in the same number of months as sessions purchased.
