Due to the high demand of fitness classes, without advance notice, if you miss three consecutive classes, you will lose your spot on the roster.

BUTTS N' GUTS:

A total body, low impact "BURN!" This class, popular with both men and women delivers results. Strengthen, tone, shape and condition your body without extreme aerobics or dancing. Challenge yourself using the stability ball, weights and some floor work. This class is instructed to meet the needs of all levels focusing on arms, abs, butt and thighs. This down to earth class not only makes you feel comfortable, you will feel successful when you see the results.

Spring #1 & #2 ONLY: Monday/Wednesday @ 5:00 - 5:50pm


CARDIO CHISEL:
This energetic body sculpting class includes intense cardio combinations followed with strength and resistance training for a full body workout. Step, resistance bands, exercise balls, and free weights are incorporated into this challenging program designed to leave you feeling stronger and full of energy. Guaranteed to make you sweat! Recommended for all fitness levels.

Monday/Wednesday @ 5:30 - 6:30am


FITNESS FRENZY:
A fast-paced cardio and strength class that could include stability ball, kickboxing, step and floor aerobics. This class will alternate between steady and interval formats to give you the best, most challenging workout.

Tuesday/Thursday @ 9:00 - 9:50am


KICK BUTT STEP:
This all-step workout is loaded with fun and unique choreography involving step, kickboxing, weights, as well as an Ab workout and cooldown. This class will keep you motivated from start to finish. Don't forget your water bottle!

Spring #1 & #2 ONLY: Monday/Wednesday @ 6:00 - 6:50pm


ROCKBODY BOOT CAMP:
Be ready to sweat! This action packed class is a must for anyone looking to burn some calories in just 50 minutes. The drill instructor style incorporates serious muscle training workouts with non-stop heart pumping cardio. Have your body beach ready for summer.

SILVER SNEAKERS:
Silver Sneakers offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health. It's a fitness program offered in partnership with Humana and AARP and other select insurance plans at no additional cost to Medicare-elligible members. Each member gets a free membership at the South Wood County YMCA.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 10:00 - 11:00am


SUPER SATURDAY MIX:
Love all the classes you attend during the week, but want a chance to try some others, then sign up for our Super Saturday Mix class. Each Saturday we will rotate in a different style class and instructor to get you motivated and keep things interesting. We promise you'll get a heart pumping workout and you'll never get bored.

Spring #1 & #2 ONLY: Saturday @ 8:00 - 9:00am


SWEAT EXPRESS:
A moderate to high intensity workout, suitable for all fitness levels. Cardio utilizing the steps with a combination of free weights, resistance bands and exercise balls to strengthen and tone all your muscle groups. You'll be sweating from start to finish and we guarantee you won't get bored!

Tuesday/Thursday @ 5:00 - 5:50pm


TONE IT UP:
This class mixes intervals of toning with weights and bands,complemented with segments of cardio and abdominal work. Multiple options are given for the beginner to the experienced exerciser so you can choose what is right for you.

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS(WOW):
Have you ever been intimidated by dumbells or other gym rats? This class is perfect for you. You will learn a number of dumbell exercises along with proper form to prevent injury. Tired of the same old gym routine? Only comfortable on the STRIVE equipment? Join us for a great dumbell and body workout to increase your muscle tone and burn more calories.

Spring #1 & #2 ONLY: Tuesday/Thursday @ 7:00 - 7:50pm
Summer ONLY: Tuesday/Thursday @ 6:00 - 6:50pm


Member classes run continuously.
