Due to the high demand of fitness classes, without advance notice, if you miss three consecutive classes, you will lose your spot on the roster.

BUTTS N' GUTS:

A total body, low impact "BURN!" This class, popular with both men and women delivers results. Strengthen, tone, shape and condition your body without extreme aerobics or dancing. Challenge yourself using the stability ball, weights and some floor work. This class is instructed to meet the needs of all levels focusing on arms, abs, butt and thighs. This down to earth class not only makes you feel comfortable, you will feel successful when you see the results

Spring #1 ONLY: Monday/Wednesday @ 9:00 - 9:50am


ON THE BALL:
This class will blast some serious calories with a light cardio warm-up followed by strength and resistance training "on the ball". The strength portions of this workout we will focus on abdominals, glutes, inner/outer thighs and lower back. We'll change up the format of the class each week to prevent boredom. Grab your water bottle and gym shoes and come join the fun!

Spring #2 ONLY: Tuesday/Thursday @ 8:45 - 9:45am


TOTAL BODY TUNE-UP:
This full body workout set to energizing music combines cardiovascular conditioning with resistance training and stretching to give you a well-rounded, low impact workout. Make it as easy or as difficult as you'd like. Great for the beginning exerciser.

Spring #1 & #2 ONLY: Monday/Wednesday @ 5:00 - 5:00pm


Member classes run continuously.

Non-member Session Dates:
7 Week Spring #1:
March 1 - April 17, 2010
7 Week Spring #2: April 26 - June 12, 2010 - No class May 31, 2010
10 Week Summer: June 21 - August 28, 2010

7 Week Session Fees:

for Members
1 time/week $30 Non-member fee
2 times/week $45 Non-member fee
3 times/week $70 Non-member fee

10 Week Session Fees:
FREE
for Members
1 time/week $42 Non-member fee
2 times/week $64 Non-member fee
3 times/week $95 Non-member fee

Members now have priority registration. Non-members may only register for classes the week before the session starts. Click on the Program Registration tab for a complete listing of dates. Minimum of 8 to run a class.
