Cycling: Group cycling is a fun, non-impact way to achieve your cardio goals and a lower body burn. There are no complicated moves to learn and you control your own pace, making this class suitable for all fitness levels. Your instructor will guide you on a simulated bicycle ride, complete with hills, sprints and standing intervals. Energetic music helps keep you motivated throughout the class.
