Getting Started is Easy!
- Stop by our Member Services desk to obtain a personal training questionnaire.
- Complete the questionnaire when you purchase your package and return it to the Member Services desk.
- One of our certified personal trainers will contact you to schedule an initial consultation. Our personal trainers can meet you almost any time during Y operating hours.
A Results-Driven One-On-One Training Program
Your Y personal trainer will work with you providing individualized programming, coaching and motivation toward your success.

JACOB KLATKIEWICZ – Healthy Living Director
I graduated from UW-Stevens Point with my Bachelor degree in health promotion and wellness/Minor in Business. During my time in college, I played 4 years of football, was part of NWI-SC as co-conference coordinator and started working at Fiternal Fitness Company. Majority of my experience is in Strength and Development specializing in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting but I keep my book open as I am always looking for more opportunities to learn tools to give back to the community.
DESIRAE BRITTNACHER
Hi! I’ve been actively part of the Y for a number of years now, personal training and teaching group fitness classes. I obtained my bachelors degree from UWGreen Bay where I played Division 1 volleyball. I love continually learning about the human body and keeping up on fitness trends & research. I believe taking care of our physical bodies is a key piece of what contributes to our overall wellness. During my free time I enjoy getting outside; camping with my family, hiking, and working in my garden!
KRISTY LEACH
Hi! I have been with the Y since the fall of 2017, instructing group fitness classes and personal training. I enjoy working with people of all ages and with a variety of goals, from youth wanting to gain speed and agility for sports, older adults that want to focus on flexibility, balance and range of motion, to those recovering from strokes and wanting to find their strength in their new normal. Having the opportunity to support and encourage people along their fitness journey inspires me. To see physical growth emotional growth as wells as increased selfconfidence is such a reward!
MARKIS LOSEY
I am a NASM certified Personal trainer and a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I’ve been with the YMCA organization for a long time, going to daycare, karate, flag football and always going to the pool. Along the way I had realized that fitness had given me a second home, a place to get my emotions out while working towards my fitness goal. I’m ready to motivate and help everyone regain their confidence.
KELSEY YOUNG
Hi friends! I’m a Colorado native, a proud LSU alum with a BS in Kinesiology and a former Partner Trainer with Camp Gladiator outdoor group fitness out of Dallas, TX. I am a wife, mama of two and have been blessed to call Wisconsin home now for six years. My life’s work is to positively impact and serve my community through education of functional fitness, cleaner living and a whole lot of high fives and smiles. It’s been a joy and privilege to be part of the trainer team here at the Y since Spring of ‘23 and I look forward to having a front row seat in your wellness journey!
